In a way the angst was trying to get to the real Olivia. The author uses subtle hints to create her personality. Olivia is a very deep character that doesn’t grow too much in this book. Olivia had issues with her Mother and truth be told I wanted ore of the story and I know book 2 will give it to me. She only knew what Olivia wanted to share, which was really very little. Now some of Olivia…I am trying to continue but I feel I am having a love hate relationship with her.
If you start to read it PLEASE pay attention to his dialogue so you hate the *****beep as much as I did. I guess that shows how good the author is.
He was a lawyer and I get when you work so hard and are thinking “partner” in your sleep, going to work, walking, and in every second of the day! Aside from that he was so regimented, cheap and well I just f**king hated him from page 3. What I loved was how the author painted Bill. This series is a lot like one I really loved but a much more adult version.
I will say I am a sucker for the forbidden love story.
